A syndication is an offering of securities governed by the Securities Exchange Commission. Normally, to sell securities, you’d need to do an IPO. But there’s a legal exception that allows syndicators to raise money without an IPO. To make sure you don’t get sideways with the SEC, Jonathan has recorded this video to walk you through the rules governing syndications.
